Privacy Policy

This policy explains how GetLDA.pt ("GetLDA.pt", "we") processes personal data when you use getlda.pt, request a call or register a company through us. We process data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Portuguese data protection law (Law 58/2019).
Who is responsible for your data
GetLDA.pt is the data controller. You can contact us about anything related to your data at info@getlda.pt.
What we collect
- Call requests: your name and phone number.
- Company registration: your contact details (name, email, phone, nationality, preferred language); details of the company you want to form (name options, business activity and CAE codes, registered address, share capital, managers, accountant); and, for each partner, identification data (date of birth, nationality, ID document type, number and expiry, NIF, marital status and regime, address), shareholding, management role, fiscal representative details and beneficial ownership information. For corporate partners we collect the company's registration details and those of its representative. We also store documents you upload.
- Website usage: aggregated, anonymous statistics collected with Plausible Analytics, which does not use cookies or collect personal data. Our servers keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser) for security.
- How the registration form is used: to improve the form we record which steps and fields are used, how long they take, validation errors and where people stop, together with the device type and the page or campaign that led to the form. We never record what you type into the form through this measurement. This data is kept for up to 12 months.
- Ads measurement (only with your consent): the campaign and ad click identifier that brought you to the site, stored with your call request or registration. See our Cookie Policy.
- Requests made by AI assistants: if you ask an AI assistant to request a registration for you through our MCP server or WebMCP tools, we receive the details it sends on your behalf (such as your name, email and company name ideas) and treat them like a registration submitted on our website.
Why we use it and on what legal basis
- To call you back and answer your questions — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To prepare and file your company registration with our partner lawyers, and to refer you to an accountant if you ask us to — performance of our contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b)).
- To meet legal obligations, including anti-money-laundering and beneficial ownership (RCBE) rules — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
- To keep the website secure and improve our service — our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- To measure which of our ads lead to requests and report those conversions to the ad platform — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time in Cookie settings.
Who we share it with
- The licensed Portuguese lawyer assigned to your registration and, if you request it, a certified accountant.
- Portuguese public authorities where needed to form and register your company (such as the Commercial Registry, the Tax Authority, Social Security and the RCBE).
- Service providers who host our website, send our emails and deliver internal notifications, bound by data processing agreements.
- If you consented to ads measurement and came from one of our ads: our ads management provider Zernio and the ad platform that showed the ad (such as Google, Meta, TikTok or LinkedIn), which receive the click identifier, the type of request and your email and phone number in hashed form.
We do not sell your data. Where a provider is located outside the European Economic Area, we rely on adequacy decisions or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Call requests are kept for up to 12 months if they do not lead to a registration. Registration files are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and afterwards for the periods required by law (for example, anti-money-laundering rules generally require 7 years).
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or port your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw any consent you have given. Email info@getlda.pt. You also have the right to complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).
Cookies
See our Cookie Policy.
